Shipping & Delivery
All goods are normally shipped within 48hrs of confirmation of payment.

 

All tables and large packages will be shipped using TNT, and all other smaller items will be dispatched using Aust Post.

Ordering
To place an order, add all the products you wish to purchase to the Cart. Then while in the Cart press proceed to Checkout. On this screen you can speed up the checkout process by loggin in if you already have an account, or if you currently do not, click Register & Continue.

 

From here simply follow the step by step procedure and Confirm at the end.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Our preferred payment method is Direct Deposit. Other forms of payment accepted are Credit Card using Paypal, Cheque, Money Order and Cash for Pickups.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST, and do not include shipping unless specifically noted.

Viewing Orders
You may track the progress of your order simply by logging in and clicking on "My Orders" under the My Account section on the left hand side of the page.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information by logging in and clicking on the "Account Dashboard" under the My Account section on the left hand side of the page.
Returns & Replacements
All items are inspected prior to delivery. Should you receive any goods damaged due to manufacturing, or transit damage, please contact us by email or phone. We may require you to email detailed photos of any damage to support your claim.

 

You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order as any returns requests after 7 days of receipt may not be accepted. However we do stress you contact us immediately to avoid any such concern.

If the fault or damage is due to manufacturing, we will refund the costs of sending the damaged item back to us, and we'll send you a replacement. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to replace the damaged item immediately as we could be out of stock, and a waiting period may apply, or a similar replacement will be provided.

However, if we find that the damage was not a manufacturing fault, you will incur the costs of posting the damaged item to us, and any replacements will not be provided free of charge in this case.

If the damage is as a result or transit, a transit insurance claim will be processed. You must keep the damged goods until such a time that you are contacted and informed how to return the item.

Change of mind purchases will generally not be accepted for exchange or refund.

All details that are gathered when you place an order or sign up for an account is used soley for the fulfilment of orders placed, contacting you with regards to your order, returns, or other enquiries. Also to email newsletters and updates (only when you have subscribed to this feature).
